We meet in Historic St. Mark's Church, at 146 College Street in downtown Wadsworth, Ohio. You'll park behind the building, in a free public lot just off Pardee Street. You can enter the building from the back door and cross the Fellowship Hall to the stairs which will lead you up to the Sanctuary, or you can use the outdoor paved ramps around the building to enter the front doors into the Santuary. St. Mark's is the oldest structure in the city and has multiple levels, but outdoor ramps do make it wheelchair accessible.
Whatever you'd like! Our priests wear clerical collars every week, but it's not uncommon to see our worship leaders and priests wear jeans. Church members attend in a wide variety of wardrobe options - we care about who is in our pews, not what they're wearing.
Our service is a fairly even mix of traditional liturgy, contemporary worship, and humble leadership. While we prepare and rehearse for each service, we intentionally leave space for God to take us where he'd like us to go while we're together. This not only reminds us who we are and whose we are, but it also provides opportunity for us to be moved to laughter, tears, silence and prayer as we reflect on God's impact on our lives. Our church is a humble place, and we hope you find comfort as you join us here.
We livestream all of our services on our facebook page, so you can check out our service from the comfort of your home before you join us in person if you'd like!
Yes! Mary Rocha, one of our church members, would love to work with your children in our childcare/Sunday School room while you worship with us in the Sanctuary. She is Ministry Safe certified and has been working with children for XXXX years. Younger children will play during the service, and older children will have Sunday School lessons from the XXX curriculum.
